We ship forklift parts across the Continental United States. Below you will find everything you need to know about processing times, shipping methods, freight requirements, and core returns.
Processing Times
- In-stock parts: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after that time ship the next business day.
- Remanufactured engines and transmissions: Allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment, depending on the unit. We will confirm your estimated ship date when your order is placed.
- Special-order and hard-to-find parts: Lead times vary. We will contact you with an estimated timeline before processing your order.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Standard Parts (Small Package / Ground Shipping)
Most individual parts ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Rates are based on order total:

Expedited shipping (2-day, overnight) is available at checkout for an additional charge. Contact us for a quote on expedited orders.
Heavy and Oversized Parts (LTL Freight)
Remanufactured engines, transmissions, and other heavy or oversized items ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carrier.
- Free LTL freight on all remanufactured engines and transmissions shipped to commercial addresses with a loading dock in the lower 48 states.
- Freight shipments are dock-to-dock. The carrier will deliver to your loading dock or freight terminal.
Additional fees apply for the following delivery situations:

If your location does not have a loading dock, let us know at the time of ordering so we can arrange lift-gate service and quote you accurately.
Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories
We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. These shipments require additional freight charges. Contact us for a quote before placing your order.
Freight Delivery: What to Expect
For LTL freight deliveries, keep the following in mind:
- Inspect before signing. Check the shipment for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If anything looks damaged, note it on the receipt and take photos.
- Count your pieces. Verify the piece count matches the bill of lading before signing.
- Report damage within 48 hours. If you discover concealed damage after unpacking, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- Be available. Freight carriers will call to schedule delivery. Someone must be present to receive the shipment.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. For LTL freight shipments, you will receive the carrier name and PRO number.
If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us.
Core Return Shipping
If your order involves a core return (remanufactured engines, transmissions, or other core-exchange parts), see our Return & Warranty Policy for full details. The key points:
- No upfront core deposit on most remanufactured units.
- Free return freight on qualifying core returns within the Continental US.
- Core must be returned within 45 days of receiving your remanufactured unit to avoid the core charge.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Do not discard the item or packaging until the issue is resolved.
- Provide photos of the damage and/or incorrect parts.
- We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges, at no cost to you.
